Advance Medical Pharmacy is a family-owned professional pharmacy that has
served the Bay Area and beyond since 2003. While dedicated to providing old-
fashioned, personal service, we utilize the most current technology to maintain
your profile and screen for drug interactions when we fill your prescriptions. At
Advance Medical Pharmacy, maintaining your personal information private and
secured is our top priority.
Prescription Compounding
We dispense standard medications, but our specialty is in compounding. Our
state-of-the-art compounding laboratory is outfitted with an ointment mill,
electronic scale, electronic mortar and pestle, a capsule machine, and other
specialized equipment not found in an ordinary pharmacy. The chemicals we use
are of the highest pharmaceutical grade that meets the U.S.P. and N.F. standards.
Working with your physician or veterinarian, we can custom make medications
for you, your pets, or your family.
Insurance
We honor all major insurance plans. We can even help bill your compounded
medications to your prescription insurance. Medicare Part D plans are also
welcome.
Home Medical Supplies
We offer many convenient services such as free local delivery, nationwide
shipping, and online refill requests. Our Durable Medical Equipment department
carries ostomy, incontinence and urology supplies, walkers, and other home health
equipment. We also carry a large selection of compression stockings and arm
sleeves.
We are open 9-6 Monday – Friday, and always enjoy helping with all your health
care needs. If you have a question after hours, you can e-mail or leave a message
